Women in Leadership

Executive women driving positive change in women’s professional lives

Our Women in Leadership (WIL) group is a professional development group that caters directly to women in current Director, Vice President, and CIO positions. Meetings take place in a roundtable approach, allowing for all group members to discuss emerging trends, best practices, current industry challenges, and collaborate on finding the most efficient solutions as they relate to women’s personal and professional development.

Some topics of specific interest and relevance to this group include Driving Strategy and Building Relationships, How to Navigate the 4 Stages of Women Leaders, and Building Executive Presence for Women in the Workplace.

Through these discussions, Women in Leadership group members will gain a more comprehensive understanding of best practices, as well as navigating both business and professional development issues with a focus on women’s perspective. The roundtable discussion format is designed to foster agility and assist in the achieving the ultimate goal: Helping women in leadership achieve the goals most salient to their positions.

"I really value Think IT in that it allows exchange between individual members-so you’re not talked to, you’re not presented to. It’s a real dialogue and you really get to know the other members of the group. It’s actually their ideas and my own ideas that actually are the important part!"
