Project Management Office

Collaboration between Program Managers, Project Managers, Portfolio Managers, and Business Analysts

The Project Management Office (PMO) group is a community of IT Project Managers that offers opportunities to connect while discussing the unique issues affecting their industry. Meetings take place in a roundtable approach, allowing group members to discuss emerging trends, best practices, current industry challenges, and collaborate on finding the most efficient solutions.

Topics of specific interest and relevance to this group include Triple Constraints, Reporting with Integrity, Operationalizing the PMO Strategy, and Establishing Credibility as a Valued Business Partner.

Through these discussions, PMO group members gain a more comprehensive understanding of best practices and “real-time” issues. These roundtable topics are designed to help participants recognize the most relevant questions they should be asking both themselves and those on their project management team to most effectively execute a variety of IT projects.
